Puez 2.5L Powertex Jacket WOMEN
Lightweight, waterproof, and breathable 2.5-layer hardshell jacket for men for trekking and hiking.
To guarantee optimal protection in harsh conditions, we developed and extensively tested our Puez Aqua Jacket among the rugged peaks of the Dolomites. The 2.5-layer ripstop fabric with a Powertext® membrane is made from 57 percent recycled materials and is the ideal companion in adverse weather conditions. With a water column of 10,000 millimeters, the material is reliably waterproof: the water column describes the pressure required until water can penetrate the fabric. Nevertheless, the jacket remains extremely breathable with 10,000 g/m²/24h: This means that within 24 hours, 10 liters of water vapor per square meter can evaporate - ensuring comfortable wear even during strenuous activities.
The design and features of the jacket are designed for full functionality during alpine hikes and trekking tours: the fully welded seams, waterproof zippers, and durable water-repellent DWR coating reliably protect against moisture and rain, both at the front and on the pockets. At 310 grams, the Puez Aqua is a lightweight - and when stowed in a backpack, it weighs just about as much as two apples.
The Puez Aqua was made from recycled materials and features a PFC-free, durable water-repellent DWR finish, and is part of the SALEWA® Committed collection, where products are manufactured according to independently audited environmental and social standards.
