TRAVERSE backpacks are made for year-round use on small and large peaks, with the TRAVERSE 38S being particularly suitable for multi-day tours with a lot of luggage.
Especially for a backpack, a well-ventilated back system and good load distribution are of central importance. The Comfort Contact Back System offers a lot of air circulation and more comfort when carrying, thanks to ribbed mesh fabric and perforated foam on the back pads. The ergonomically shaped shoulder straps and the wide hip belt distribute the weight evenly over the contact surfaces.
The TRAVERSE 38S also has a lot to offer technically: in addition to a spacious main compartment, the lid pocket and the additional bottom compartment offer enough storage space for multi-day tours. Small items can be quickly stowed in the width-adjustable front pocket. Thanks to the all-round front zipper, the TRAVERSE 38S can be fully opened, providing a good overview of the equipment. The water bottle is always within reach in the elastic side compartments, as is the map in the special map compartment. An integrated helmet net, stowable gear loops at the end of the shoulder straps, and pole and ski attachment options make the TRAVERSE 38S the optimal companion in alpine terrain. Further features such as hydration system preparation, rain cover, hip pocket and a holder for e.g. sunglasses or camera on the shoulder strap round off the versatile backpack.
In terms of sustainability, the outer material is now made of 72% recycled polyamide, which makes the TRAVERSE 38S extremely robust and creates the smallest possible ecological footprint. The TRAVERSE 38S is therefore ready for long mountain tours with a lot of luggage - in summer as well as in winter.
