The BLACKROLL® TWIN combines our classic, the BLACKROLL® STANDARD fascia roller, and the DUOBALL 12 fascia ball. Due to the recess in the middle, the TWIN is primarily suitable as a back roller, as the spine is spared during rolling. Compared to our DUOBALL, however, the contact surfaces on the left and right are wider. The fascia massage to the left and right of the spine is therefore more extensive and less pinpoint. Therefore, it is suitable, for example, for larger areas of back pain. 

In addition, the twisting of the material in the middle bar of the TWIN stimulates the skin and tissue, especially when used on the legs and arms. Thus, the TWIN can be used not only for relaxation or mobility but also for activating the muscles. This applies especially to body areas such as the back, and thoracic spine.
