Hi-EPS ensures optimal protective effect and simultaneously allows for extra-thin wall thicknesses and narrow helmet shapes.\u003cbr\u003eInmold\u003cbr\u003eIn the Inmold production process, the helmet's outer shell made of polycarbonate is thermally bonded to the Hi-EPS inner shell of the helmet body under great heat and high pressure. This creates a large-area and inseparable connection between the upper and lower shells. Advantage: The helmet is very light and at the same time extremely stable.\u003cbr\u003eRun System Ergo Snow\u003cbr\u003eThe Run System allows the size of all Alpina helmets to be individually adjusted using an easy-to-use dial. Alpina uses the proven Run System Ergo Snow for its ski helmets, a flexible head adjustment system with a central dial. The headband can be tightened or loosened using a rotary mechanism. The large adjustment wheel is made of a non-slip two-component mix and can be operated perfectly with ski gloves.\u003cbr\u003eY-Clip\u003cbr\u003eA helmet can only provide the best possible protection if it remains in the optimal position during an impact. The adjustment and fixation of the two straps under the ear play a crucial role.
