The DUOBALL 12 from BLACKROLL®, with a diameter of 12 centimetres, is not only small and handy but also incredibly effective. Two fascia balls have been cleverly combined here to massage parallel muscle strands, especially the spine.
Muscle tension can be extremely painful, especially when the pain radiates and limits movement. With the DUOBALL 12 from BLACKROLL®, you can easily treat these pain points yourself. And the best part is: you don't need external help for self-treatment because the product consists of two fascia balls that seamlessly merge.
The distance between the balls is deliberately chosen to spare the spinous processes when self-massaging the spine. This way, you can simultaneously massage the muscle strands that run alongside the thoracic and lumbar spine. The double ball is also suitable for self-treatment of the flanks, thighs, arms, and calves.
Due to its 12-centimetre diameter, you can work both broadly and specifically to treat tense muscles and painful triggers. The DUOBALL 08 can be a valuable addition in this regard to reach deeper muscles and enhance the massage effect.

The hardness level has been perfectly matched to your needs, so you can use the DUOBALL not only for regeneration but also for fascia massage and fascia training. Fascia are connective tissue strands that provide support to your muscles. If they are matted, they can be responsible for pain comparable to tenosynovitis.
While the DUOBALL from BLACKROLL® cannot replace an experienced therapist, it is a valuable aid, especially for self-massage. In combination with the BALL 08 and BALL 12, you can target individual muscles, especially the shoulder area, calves, and glutes, to release painful triggers with a soothing fascia massage.

Due to the clever combination of equally sized fascia balls, the DUOBALL massage ball is the ideal massage tool for parallel muscle strands. The narrow middle section spares bony structures, especially the spinous processes of the spine, the shin and calf bone, the ulna and radius.
This way, you can not only massage the muscle strands that run alongside the spine - you can also use the DUOBALL to treat your forearms and upper arms, your shoulder (deltoid muscle), and legs. Should you encounter triggers during the massage, you should stay on these points a little longer to loosen the tense muscles.
