The Cabrio MV Free 100 IF with a flex of 100 was developed for freetouring enthusiasts who appreciate various riding styles and walking comfort options. The boot features a wider 101 mm last (MV stands for "Medium Volume") and offers the best fit for skiers with wider feet or those who prefer more volume. The IF (Instant Fit) HIKE MV liner, specifically designed for "Medium Volume" boots, provides additional comfort and direct contact with the foot. The liner is made of separately manufactured, partially pre-formed components with slightly softer materials in the ankle and forefoot areas. The Cabrio design, which gives the boot its name, allows for controlled descents in various terrains. The three-piece construction ensures consistent flex, harmonious dampening, and stable lateral and heel hold. The bi-injected tongue is made of softer plastic at the key flex points to facilitate walking and is additionally supported by thinner tongue ribs. Another feature of the ascent package is the ski-walk mechanism, which adapts to the shaft angle with a curved interaction surface and automatically regulates lateral inclination.

The new Cabrio Ski-Walk mechanism features a curved interaction surface with the shell that automatically adjusts to the canting setting. Additionally, the cuff's forward lean can be adjusted by replacing the rear insert, which can be easily unscrewed with a screwdriver.
Adjustable Boot Board:
The Boot Board has small holes with depth markers. This feature allows the bootfitter to precisely grind and adjust the stance position both frontally and laterally.
Dynalink + Dynalock:
The Dynalink is mounted coaxially to the pivot point, so the buckle truly works at a 45° angle and holds the heel back more efficiently. In addition, the buckle has an articulated tab that snaps into the base of the lever (Dynalock) and only disengages when you try to open the buckle.
Forward lean control:
FORWARD LEAN control wedges can be inserted at the rear of the boot between the lower shell and cuff to change the forward lean angle.
GRIPWALK PRE-MOUNTED:
Better walking comfort and more grip - this is the great advantage of this boot equipped with GripWalk soles! These new soles are compatible with GripWalk-specific bindings (marked with the GripWalk symbol) without height adjustment and can also be used with touring bindings (ISO 13992). They are not compatible with standard alpine bindings (ISO standard 9462).

PROGRESSIVE CABRIO CONSTRUCTION:
Dalbello's unique Cabrio construction combines a boot shell/cuff assembly with an external Kinetic Response Tongue closure that allows for smoother and more progressive power transmission and excellent shock absorption. Together, these features provide great versatility and better adaptability to different snow conditions and uneven terrain.
