The Radix™ Mips® helmet combines rugged style and durability to meet the demands of aggressive trail riders, with the coverage, lightweight design, and ventilation riders need to ride comfortably and confidently all day.

The Radix Mips® combines rugged design and durability to meet the demands of aggressive trail riders. It offers the coverage, lightweight design, and ventilation you need to ride comfortably and with a secure feeling all day. With the adjustable Roc Loc® 5 Mips system, you can customize the fit and feel to enhance stability and comfort in the long run, while also getting an additional layer of protection from rotational forces in the event of an angled impact. The P.O.V.™ visor adjusts by 15 degrees, and the durable polycarbonate outer shell is permanently fused to the EPS foam liner thanks to our In-Mold construction process, improving durability and ventilation without adding bulk.

· INTEGRATED MIPS® BRAIN PROTECTION SYSTEM - All Giro helmets are designed to reduce as much energy as possible and meet or exceed stringent safety standards. The goal of Giro helmets equipped with Integrated Mips® is to reduce rotational forces while improving fit and comfort by combining the Mips slip plane with the helmet's adjustable fit system. · HARDSHELL WITH IN-MOLD HARDBODY™ LOWER WRAP - The two-piece shell combines a tough outer hardshell with a polycarbonate lower shell, firmly fused to the liner, providing durability without added weight.
· P.O.V. Visor - Our P.O.V. visor features an adjustment mechanism that allows you to move it up and down in indexed steps. These steps include three riding positions and a high position to place goggles over your eyebrows. Thanks to this design, you can easily adjust your visor with one hand while riding.
· ROC LOC® 5 FIT SYSTEM - The industry standard in comfort, stability, adjustability, and weight savings. Roc Loc® 5 not only improves the helmet's fit and comfort, but also allows you to easily customize the fit tension and the helmet's forward and backward tilt in seconds with just one hand. The system is also lighter than comparable systems, offering the ultimate luxury for your head.
· WIND TUNNEL VENTILATION - Giro helmets feature our proprietary Wind Tunnel™ ventilation system. This sophisticated design combines active vents in the helmet shell with exhaust channels inside the helmet, moving cool, fresh air over and around the rider's head while expelling heat and stale air.
