The computer of your exercise bike calculates an individual fitness score based on your recovery heart rate. The faster your heart rate drops after training, the fitter you are. The HAMMER Cardio T3 shows this with a fitness score from 1 to 6. This way you can improve your fitness and motivate yourself even more for the next workout.

The menu navigation of the HAMMER Cardio T3 computer is particularly simple and self-explanatory. So easy that even older people can quickly learn how to operate the computer. The menu display is self-explanatory and can be conveniently operated via the "push-rotary knob". Finally, there is no need to read complicated instructions and you can start your training immediately. An eye-friendly LCD display shows you all important training data at a glance.

The saddle height, tilt angle, and seat distance can be individually changed for different family members in a matter of seconds.
